Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Pure Lifestyle™. Here's what to expect once you place an order.

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing Time

Every item is handmade in small batches. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days of being placed. During high-demand periods (holidays, restocks, markets) processing may take slightly longer — we'll always do our best to get your order out quickly.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays.

3. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. Orders of $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the U.S.

4. Shipping Carriers & Delivery Times

We ship via USPS and UPS. Estimated delivery time after an order ships is typically 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. These are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed.

5. Order Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@usepurelifestyle.com.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Pure Lifestyle™ is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit once marked as delivered by the carrier, but we want to help make it right. If your tracking shows a problem or your order arrives damaged, contact us at info@usepurelifestyle.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we will work with you and the carrier to resolve it.

7. Incorrect Address

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, but we'll do what we can to help if a package is returned to us.

8. Wholesale Orders

Wholesale shipments are scheduled separately and may have different processing and delivery timelines based on order size. Your account contact will confirm timing with you directly.
