These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of usepurelifestyle.com and the Pure Lifestyle™ online store (the "Site"), operated by Pure Lifestyle™ LLC, located in Loomis, California. By accessing or using the Site, or by placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our Site and/or purchasing a product from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms, including any additional terms referenced herein or available by hyperlink, such as our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

4. Products, Pricing & Order Acceptance

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order at our discretion. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing and product information, but errors may occasionally occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical or technical error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that product, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment method charged. If your payment method has already been charged for a cancelled order, we will issue a refund.

5. Product Disclaimer

Pure Lifestyle™ products are grass-fed tallow-based skincare products intended for general cosmetic and moisturizing use. They are not drugs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, including eczema or other skin conditions. Any references on our Site to customer experiences, including those related to eczema or sensitive skin, are individual anecdotes and not guarantees of results. Always review the full ingredient list before use, discontinue use if irritation occurs, and consult a physician or dermatologist with any health concerns or before use if you are pregnant, nursing, or have a known skin condition or allergy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the Pure Lifestyle™ name and branding, is the property of Pure Lifestyle™ LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pure Lifestyle™ LLC and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products.
